PNSOI <br />ERMSSION TO EGOTIATE ALES OF LD RRIGATION TO <br />BC,HGCPB– <br />REVARD OUNTY ABITAT OLF OURSE IN ALM AY <br />SGC <br />ANDRIDGE OLF OURSE <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />declared the obsolete Toro irrigation parts as surplus, <br />waived the formal advertisement for disposal of <br />surplus items, authorized staff to negotiate the sale of <br />the old irrigation system with Brevard County, Habitat <br />Golf Course in Palm Bay, Florida, as recommended in <br />the memorandum dated March 19, 2004. <br /> <br />7.T. 2004C’SAC–R <br /> HILDRENS ERVICES DVISORY OMMITTEE EQUEST <br />FP(RFP)#6067 <br />OR ROPOSAL <br />(CLERK’S NOTE <br />: This item was heard following Item 7.K and is placed here for <br />continuity.) <br />Chairman Ginn said the amount of funding issued each year by Indian River County <br />continually is increasing and she recommended placing a three-year cap at the current level, and <br />then evaluating the programs and their progress before allowing additional funding.
