FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE NORTH <br />COUNTYRO WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved Pay Request No. 29, final and <br />release of retainage in the amount of $174,843.04 to Poole <br />and Kent Company of Florida, Inc., as presented and <br />recommended in the memorandum of March 20, 2009. <br />8.H.
