8.S. THE ENCLAVE, BID NUMBER 2009019, CHANGE ORDER No. 1 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved Change Order No. 1 with <br />Sheltra & Son Construction Company, Inc., increasing the <br />contract amount by $16,375.00 to a total contract price of <br />$88,873.20, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />March 24, 2009. <br />8.T. APPROVAL OF BID AWARD FOR IRC BID No. 2009035, DEMOLITION <br />OF THREE (3) STRUCTURES <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved the Bid Award to LGT <br />Enterprises, LLC, in the amount of $9,144.00 as the <br />lowest most responsive and responsible bidder, meeting <br />the specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. The <br />low bidder, Frank -Lin Excavating, Inc. is not licensed in <br />Indian River County, as recommended and stated in the <br />memorandum of March 30, 2009. <br />15 <br />April 7, 2009 <br />
