However, she had <br />learned that there were two Fran Adamses in the County who should be honored, and to avoid <br />confusion, she proposed renaming the "North County Aquatics Center", "Sebastian River <br />Aquatics Complex", and then dedicate a memorial plaque to former Commissioner Fran <br />Adams. <br />19 <br />April 7, 2009 <br />
