A brief explanation was provided by Commissioner Solari, wherein he noted the <br />10% budget cut he wanted to see for the Sheriff was just a benchmark, not a hard figure. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and by a 4-0 <br />vote (Chairman Davis absent), the Amended Motion <br />carried. The Board approved notice of an estimated <br />12.3% budget cut for Constitutional Officers, and notice of <br />a 15% budget cut to Children's Services and the Non - <br />Profit Organizations. <br />12.H. RECREATION -NONE <br />12.1. PUBLIC WORKS -NONE <br />12.J. UTILITIES SERVICES <br />12.J1. CONSULTING SERVICES WORK ORDER NO. 2 (UTILITY) WITH <br />CARTER ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR SURVEY SERVICES FOR THE <br />BIOSOLIDS HANDLING FACILITY— UCP 2697 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved Work Order No. 2 with <br />Carter Associates, Inc. in the amount of $2,340.00 for <br />survey services associated with granting a utility easement <br />to FP&L, and authorized the Chairman to execute same, as <br />30 <br />April 7, 2009 <br />
