4. ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA/EMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Vice Chairman Flescher announced the following changes to today's Agenda: <br />Addition: Item 5.A. Proclamation Honoring James M. Granse <br />Deletion: Item 9.A. To be deferred until the Board meeting of April 14, 2009 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved the above changes to the <br />Agenda. <br />5. PROCLAMATIONS AND PRESENTATIONS -E <br />S.A. ADDITION: PROCLAMATION HONORING JAMES M. GRANSE (1919-2009) <br />Commissioner Wheeler read and presented the Proclamation to Mr. Granse's <br />wife, Dorothy Granse, and to his son and daughter-in-law. <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />O.A. GOALS FOR 2009 WORKSHOP OF FEBRUARY 5, 2009 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of <br />the Goals for 2009 Workshop Meeting of February 5, 2009. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner O'Bryan, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman <br />Davis absent), the Board approved the Minutes of the <br />2 <br />April 7, 2009 <br />
