April 7, 2009 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 7, 2009. <br />Present were Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob <br />Solari, and Gary C. Wheeler. Chairman Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk <br />Maureen Gelfo. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:28 a.m. <br />15.B.1. APPROVAL OF EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF FELLSMERE FOR THE <br />FELLSMERE CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE CENTER <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Solari, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board approved the Easement and Bill of Sale <br />to the City of Fellsmere, and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute same, as presented and recommended in the <br />memorandum of March 31, 2009. <br />DOCUMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />April 7, 2009 1 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
