ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Special Exception to construct a place of worship subject to <br />the following conditions, A) Prior to the issuance of a <br />certificate of occupancy, the east and west perimeter Type <br />"D" buffers and collector road buffer depicted on the plans <br />shall be installed, and B) Prior to the issuance of a certificate <br />of occupancy for the south (third and final) phase of the <br />project, the south perimeter type "D" buffer shall be installed, <br />as recommended by staff. <br />9.C.1.
