NOV 7.1979 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-110 <br />BOOK <br />42 PACE 26 <br />WHEREAS, there is drainage and utility easement on each <br />side of the lot lines of TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES UNIT 2, <br />Block 11, as filed in Plat Book 5, page 65, Indian River County, <br />Florida, records, and <br />WHEREAS, George DiCataldo and Aldona DiCataldo, his wife, <br />are the owners of Lots 11 and 13, Block 11, TROPICAL VILLAGE <br />ESTATES UNIT 2, Plat Book 5, page 65, Indian River County, <br />Florida, <br />WHEREAS, said property is in site plan approved -for erection <br />o,F a building on said lots, which said building will lie over <br />side lot line easement on South side of Lot 11 and the North <br />easement of Lot 13, of Block 11, TROPICAL VILLAGE ESTATES UNIT 2, <br />and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, as follows: <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 6 foot side lot line <br />easement over the North 6 feet of Lot 13 andtheSouth 6 feet <br />of Lot 11, Block 11 of said TROPICAL.VILLAGE ESTATES UNIT 2, but it <br />is specifically understood that the side Lot line easement on the <br />South side lot line of Lot 13 and the North side lot line of <br />Lot 11 will remain in full force and effect. <br />2.
