Tanner <br />Construction Corporation's Application for Payment No. 4, <br />dated February 6, 2008, in the amount of $20,767.52, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of March 25, 2008. <br />8 -LL- ACOUISITIONOFRIGHT-OF-WAYALONG 66THAVENUE <br />Deputy County Attorney William DeBraal asked for this item to be pulled from the <br />Consent Agenda, to request payment of an additional engineering bill that had been received in the <br />amount of $2,047.50, to Morris Engineering. <br />Concerns were expressed by the Board regarding impact fees, and whether it would <br />be beneficial to work with an attorney. Although this would mean additional costs, Attorney <br />DeBraal believed it was a compromise that could shorten the process. <br />Chairman Bowden wanted clarification of the paid attorney fees, and mentioned that <br />it might be time to review it again. <br />25 <br />April 8, 2008 <br />
