ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chair Bowden, the Board unanimously declared the <br />items on the Excess Equipment List as surplus and <br />authorized its sale and/or proper disposal. The Board also <br />granted authority to have the surplus equipment delivered <br />to the Indian River County Fairgrounds where it will be <br />sold at public auction on May 19, 2007, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of April 20, 2007. <br /> <br /> <br />7.V. CONTINUING CONTRACTS FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />SERVICES 2007-UCP-2947 <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chair Bowden, the Board unanimously approved the <br />First Amendment for an additional three (3) years, and <br />authorized the Chairman to execute same as presented. The <br />Board also approved the Selection Committee’s <br />recommendations for Continuing Contracts with the five <br />Engineering Firms selected (Carollo Engineers, Carter <br />Associates, Malcolm Pirnie, Hazen and Sawyer, Stanley <br />Consultants) and approved Continuing Contracts for <br />Professional Services for these firms for a three year period, <br />renewable for an additional three years, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of March 26, 2007. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />May 1, 2007 14 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
