<br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCED THAT IT IS
<br />BEING HELD TO REVIEW THE REQUEST FOR A RATE INCREASE MADE BY INDIAN
<br />RIVER CABLEVISION, INC.
<br />THE HOUR OF 7:00 O'CLOCK P.M. HAVING PASSED, THE DEPUTY CLERK
<br />READ THE FOLLOWING NOTICE WITH PROOF OF PUBLICATION ATTACHED, TO—WIT:
