The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Wheeler was <br />absent). The Board approved to put Sector 3 out to bid for <br />upland and offshore sources. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Flescher, the Board by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Wheeler absent), directed staff to issue a <br />RFP for an upland sand commodity product, keeping in- <br />line with the price at the source, and a formula whereby <br />the price of diesel can be added when the request is made. <br />Chairman Davis clarified that the Motion was for the commodity for upland sources for <br />dune restoration and emergency purposes. <br />The Chairman called a recess at 10:27 a.m., and reconvened the meeting at 10:39 a.m., <br />with all members present. <br />12.L2.
