NOV 2 11979 <br />RECFASE OF EASIMU <br />Boos 42 PAc£ <br />THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT, made and executed this 21stday of <br />November , 1979, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of <br />the first part, arld LUCIEN J. MICHAUD and STEPHANIE B. NICHAUD, his <br />wife, parties of the second part; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) <br />DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid by <br />the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof being hereby <br />acknowledged, the said party of the first part does herewith release, <br />discharge and quit claim unto the said parties of the second part, <br />their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, forever, the easements <br />in favor of the party of the first part on real property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, which said easements are as follows: <br />The North 2.5 feet of Int 5 <br />The South 2.5 feet of Lot 6 <br />All on Block A, as shown on a plat of OSLO PARK, Unit 2 <br />and recorded in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida, Plat Book 4, page 13. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, by virtue of the <br />authority vested by law in the Board of County Commissioners and for <br />and on behalf of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, have <br />caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Chairman and <br />its seal to be affixed, attested by its Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />Signed sealed & delivered <br />in the presence of: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COY1MISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />I <br />BY <br />William C.
