<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN* that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively app-
<br />roved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />east of U.S. Hwy. 1 on the Indian River app-
<br />roximately 650'' north of Hobart Road (77th
<br />Street)In Indian River County, Florida, to wit:.
<br />The east 249.88 feet of Tract "B", Hobart
<br />Landing Unit Two, as recorded in the Public
<br />Records of Indian River County, Florida, Plat
<br />Book 1, page 46, AND that portion of the land
<br />mass east- of and *adjacent to -said Tract "B".
<br />extending into the Indian River as reflected on
<br />the Indian Rlyer County Property Appraiser's
<br />Map of Section 34, Township 31 South, Range 39

<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which ;
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an '
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be field by said
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the County
<br />Commission Room, Indian River County
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on. Thurs-
<br />day, October 11, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., after which
<br />said public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard will be held by the
