THE BOARD NEXT HEARD A'PRESENTATION FROM ROBERT JONES <br />OF RISK MANAGEMENT -SERVICES REGARDING THE NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR <br />WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION INSURANCE, AS PER THE FOLLOWING MEMORANDUM <br />AND ATTACHMENTS: <br />November 13, 1979 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Robert Donlon, Personnel Director <br />At the Board of County Commission meeting on November 21, 1979,' <br />Robert Jones of Risk Management Services will present to you the new requirements <br />for Workmen's Compensation Insurance. <br />The attached material outlines the Osha Standards and the new State <br />of Florida rules and regulations. <br />I would like to recommend that the Board of County Commissioners <br />adopt this Safety program and that it include all agencies under our Workmen's <br />Compensation Insurance coverage. <br />Respectfully, <br />l <br />R.
