<br /> Community Development Director Bob Keating stated that truck traffic is not restricted on <br />rd <br />43 Avenue. <br /> Chairman Ginn commented that she had thought truck traffic was prohibited. <br /> Commissioner Lowther felt that if trucks could be prohibited that would reduce the traffic <br />rd <br />count on 43 Avenue. <br /> <br />th <br />Kathy Lemmons <br /> , 4316 9 Lane, expressed her objection to the project and noted that she <br />thrd <br />has no access from 9 Lane except for 43 Avenue. <br /> <br /> Public Works Director Jim Davis stated that the Public Works Department had never told <br />anyone that property owners would have to pay for sidewalks.
