He stated the problem is the way the Impact Fees are set up as <br />a flat fee and are not fair for low-income families. Mr. Scent requested the proposed Ordinance <br />not be passed today. <br /> <br />Chuck Mechling <br />, 1999 Pointe West Drive, suggested the Board look at <br />commercial centers with some sort of packaging program.
