<br /> <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins recommended a provision that exempts people with <br />executed binding contracts before the effective date of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 2005-015 (with a provision added to <br />allow people with a valid contract that has been executed <br />prior to July 1, 2005 to be excluded from the new impact <br />fees) adopting Title X, Impact Fees, and amending Code <br />Section 953, Fair Share Roadway Improvements, of the <br />Code of Indian River County to provide for assessing and <br />collecting impact fees. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Resolution 2005-077 establishing fees for <br />reviewing impact fee individual assessment applications <br />and for processing impact fee refund applications. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Impact Fee Study and authorized the <br />chairman to sign the School Board and Municipality <br />impact fee interlocal agreements when signed agreements <br />are returned to the County. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />May 17, 2005 20 <br /> <br />
