<br /> <br /> <br />Assessments, Number of Annual Installments, and <br />Description of the Area to be Served (Resolution I). <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowden, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 2005- 080 setting a time and place at which the <br />owners of properties, located in Block Villa Subdivision <br />stth <br />(21 Avenue at 9 Place) in Indian River County, Florida, <br />and other interested persons, may appear before the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County and be <br />heard as to the propriety and advisability of construction <br />the water main extension, as to the cost thereof, as to the <br />manner of payment therefore, and as to the amount thereof <br />to be specially assessed against each property benefited <br />thereby (Resolution II). <br /> <br /> <br />13.C. COMMISSIONER SANDRA L. BOWDEN – NIGHT <br />MEETINGS <br /> <br />Commissioner Bowden pointed out that meetings are longer than they used to be <br />and proposed that, during the summer months, night meetings be reverted to day meetings.
