<br /> <br /> <br />list of pros on how the bike trail will affect the County in a positive matter and at no extra cost to <br />the County. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis wanted Administrator Baird, under an Emergency Order to <br />be able to null and void the lease instantly until the Administrator advises they could again use <br />the site. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Chairman Lowther, to direct staff to craft <br />a workable agreement with the IRMBA to utilize the <br />subject facility. <br /> <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Wheeler would prefer the IRMBA work with <br />Administrator Baird and come up with a list of pros and cons so the Board can decide whether or <br />not to move forward with the project. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />motion CARRIED by a 3-2 vote(Commissioners Bowden <br />and Wheeler apposed).
