This would eliminate the realignment <br />of the mosquito ditch (and dike) as well as eliminate any <br />fill in the impoundment area. <br />In addition to leaving the mosquito ditch intact and <br />filling only landward of the mosquito ditch (which is also <br />the MHW line), there is the area landward of the mosquito <br />ditch on the No. 3 golf hole which will be left intact. <br />This revised plan with all fill landward of the MHW line <br />also eliminates the need for D.N.R. approval. <br />I would hope this final mitigation on our part will <br />conclude the permitting process for this application and <br />result in a prompt issuance of the permit. <br />If there are any questions, or if.you see any problems, <br />please contact me. <br />Enclosure <br />RLG/cp <br />spectfully y s, <br />Robert L. skill <br />Vice President <br />VISTA PROPERTIES ...
