DEC 51979 BooK 42 FAGE 206 <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED ADVERTISING A CHANGE IN <br />THE CONING ORDINANCE IN RE MINOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL, NOT INCLUDING <br />THE ADDITIONAL CRITERIA PROPOSED. THE PROPOSED MINOR SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL IS AS FOLLOWS: <br />INOR SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />1. All applications for decks, fences, mobile homes, pole barns, pools, porches, <br />terraces, walls; <br />2. Principle structures with up to 2500 sq. ft. of impervious surfaces, including <br />driveways and sidewalks which does not require drainage review; <br />3. Additions to existing structures -which do not exceed the lesser of ten (10) <br />percent or 2500 sq. ft. and other impervious. surfaces (parking spaces, drives, <br />loading areas, etc.) not to exceed fifteen (15) percent of the existing area <br />or twenty (20) spaces whichever is the lesser amount. <br />_ Minor site plan applications will be accepted no later than seven (7) working days <br />prior to the Friday preceding the next scheduled meeting of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and will be given administrative approval by the Director of Planning and <br />Zoning subject to Commission review at the next scheduled meeting. Other site plan <br />proposals which exceed these criteria will be handled as standard application subject <br />to the normal process for site plan approval. <br />Administrative decisions of the department are placed on the agenda of the Commission <br />for the next meeting following the issuance of that decision, for information purposes. <br />Any administrative decision may be appealed by the applicant to the Commission at this <br />meeting upon request. At this time, the Commission may hear the appeal or set a date <br />for a hearing at a future meeting. A request for an appeal of the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission decision would be handled in the manner of a standard site plana <br />ENGINEER RALPH ENG, OF THE .JOINT VENTURE, CAME BEFORE <br />THE BOARD TO REPORT ON THE PROPOSED WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />THE SOUTH MUNICIPAL WATER TAXING DISTRICT, AND TO DISCUSS THE <br />SUPPLEMENT HE HAS PREPARED TO HIS PREVIOUS REPORT. THIS SUPPLEMENT <br />IS A RESULT OF SEVERAL MEETINGS WITH FMHA, WHO HAVE INDICATED THAT <br />THE GRANT THAT WOULD BE ALLOCATED FOR THIS PROJECT FOR THIS FISCAL <br />YEAR IS $296,900. HE NOTED THAT THE REPORT, THEREFORE, IS BASED <br />ON THIS AMOUNT, AND HE HAS TRIED TO REVISE AND REDUCE THE TOTAL <br />COST, BUT NOT SERIOUSLY AFFECT THE SYSTEM. HE EXPLAINED THAT THE <br />TREATMENT PLANT AND WELLFIELD REMAIN THE SAME AS PROPOSED, BUT THE <br />DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM ARE REVISED FROM THE ORIGINAL <br />REPORT. MR.
