DELETION: ITEM 10.B, REQUEST TO SPEAK FROM CHARLIE WILSON <br />REGARDING LOCAL CONTRACTS FOR LOCAL BIDDERS <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Flescher, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously approved the <br />deletion from the Agenda. <br />5. REQUEST BY VICE CHAIRMAN FLESCHER TO ADD TO THE AGENDA, <br />DISCUSSIONS PERTAINING TO THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR 'S RECENT <br />ALLEGED TRAFFIC VIOLATION. FAILED <br />Commissioner Solari objected to this request, and since a unanimous vote is required to <br />add emergency items to the Agenda, this request failed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board by a 4-1 vote (Vice <br />Chairman Flescher dissenting) approved the Agenda, as <br />amended. <br />(Clerk's Note: Item 11.A.
