UTILITIES SERVICES – LAKEWOOD VILLAGE MOBILE <br />HOME PARK <br /> <br />Utilities Director Erik Olson responded to Commissioner Wheeler’s question advising <br />that the capital is coming from Utilities. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Vice Chairman Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lowther, to approve <br />staff’s recommendation. <br /> <br />County Attorney Collins interjected that the Utilities Department was requesting a <br />one-time waiver of an ordinance and explained that the Commissioners could rescind or modify an <br />ordinance but could not waive an ordinance.
