<br />County Attorney Collins opined that would certainly be better than a one-time ordinance <br />change. <br />Commissioner Davis restated his “motion” to direct staff to come back with a 20-year <br />plan for the utilities, but when Chairman Neuberger called for a second, Vice Chairman Wheeler <br />recalled that he had already made a motion and Commissioner Lowther agreed and thought he had <br />seconded the motion. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Wheeler ADDED TO HIS <br />MOTION, SECONDED by Commissioner Lowther, <br />a direction for staff to get this worked out. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger CALLED THE QUESTION <br />and the motion was unanimously approved. <br /> <br />(Clerk’s Note: There was a clear understanding that the Board could not waive an <br />ordinance and wanted staff to work on this to facilitate getting potable water to this Lakeside <br />Mobile Home Park.) <br /> <br />11.J.5.
