ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A C&D <br />LANDFILL CELL (CAMP DRESSER & MCKEE INC.) <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously (by a vote of 4-0, Vice <br />Chairman Wheeler absent) approved and authorized the Chairman to <br />sign Work Order Number 7 authorizing CDM to provide engineering <br />services for design, permitting and constructions of a C & D landfill cell <br />in accordance with the proposed scope of services for a not-to-exceed <br />budget of $64,850, as recommended in the memorandum of April 17, <br />2006. <br /> <br />WORK ORDER IS ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br />May 2, 2006 <br />2 <br />S.W.D.D. <br /> <br />
