<br />THE.CHAI-RMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCED THAT
<br />IT IS BEING HELD FOR THE PURPOSE OF REVIEWING A PROPOSED RATE INCREASE
<br />FOR GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITIES, INC.
<br />THE HOUR OF 7:00 O'CLOCK P.M. HAVING PASSED, THE DEPUTY

<br />is hereby given that the
<br />Notice Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County, will
<br />hold a public hearing In the Commission Room, Indian River County Courthouse, 3145 14th
<br />Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 on TUESDAY, the 11th day of December, 1979, a17:00 P.M. to
<br />consider the request of General Development Utilities, Inc., for a rate increase in the Vero Beach
<br />Highlands and Vero Shores Water and Sewer Division. The Commission will consider General
<br />Development Utilities, Inc. request for a rate Increase which will yield revenues of 551,870.00 in
<br />the Water Division arw s23,55.00 in the Sewer Division.
<br />`rhe rate Inifreases will j effect the following changes in the rates currently paid by the typical
<br />single familyr ltlentfal customer using 5,00D gallons per month:
