May 22, 2007 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 11:22 <br />a.m. Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chair Sandra L. Bowden, Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E. Flescher, and Peter O'Bryan. Also present were County Administrator <br />Joseph Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy Clerk Maria I. Suesz. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order at 11:22 a.m. <br />14.B.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />FEBRUARY 20. 2007 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections to the Minutes of the Regular <br />Meeting of February 20, 2007. There were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />the Board unanimously approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of February 20, 2007, as <br />written and submitted. <br />14.B.2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL <br />3.2007 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />the minutes of the Regular Meeting of April 3, 2007, as <br />written and submitted. <br />May 22, 2007 <br />S.W.D.D. <br />
