<br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowden, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, the Board <br />unanimously approved Alternative No. 1 and <br />granted the cut and fill balance waiver based on the <br />criteria of Section 930.07(2)(d)(4) of the Stormwater <br />and Flood Protection Ordinance, as recommended in <br />the memorandum of May 13, 2006. <br /> <br />7.J. A lift with that capacity costs about $150,000.00. The County could use <br />the School Board’s lift, if needed. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wheeler, the Board <br />unanimously awarded the bid to Great Lakes Service <br />Equipment, Inc. d/b/a Girolift USA as the lowest <br />most responsive and responsible bidder meeting the <br />specifications as set forth in the invitation to bid, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of April 26, <br />2006. <br />May 23, 2006 <br />8 <br /> <br />
