<br />Commissioner Wheeler stated he would support this project if it was not gated, and if <br />something was worked out with the Lake in the Woods development next door as far as ingress <br />and egress were concerned. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lowther, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Davis, the Board <br />voted 3-2 (Commissioners Bowden and Wheeler <br />opposed) and granted PD special exception use and <br />preliminary PD plan approval for Milano Estates <br />with the following conditions <br /> <br />1. Within five years after special exception <br />approval, the applicant shall obtain final PD plan <br />approval for the entire project. If such final PD plan <br />approval is not obtained, then the PD special <br />exception approval shall automatically expire. <br /> <br />2. Prior to issuance of the first certificate of <br />occupancy for the project, the applicant shall: <br /> <br /> a. Construct the eastbound right-turn lane on <br />SR 60 at the project entrance (if the turn lane is <br />permitted by FDOT); <br /> <br /> b. Install all perimeter landscape buffers. <br /> <br />3.
