One is the Kroegel property located on Indian River <br />Drive, and the other is the ORCA property located on the South side of Oslo Road and East of <br />US1. He explained the proposed ordinances would rezone the properties to conservation. He <br />clarified the rezoning would have no negative environmental impact on the properties, the <br />rezoning will be compatible with the surrounding areas, and is consistent with the County’s <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard <br />regarding this matter. There being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 2005-018 amending the Future Land Use Map <br />by changing the Land Use Designation for Approximately <br />2.61 Acres Located East of Indian River Drive and <br />Approximately 650 Feet North of the Intersection of US <br />Highway #1 and Indian River Drive from CI, Commercial <br />Industrial, to C-1, Conservation (0 units/acre); and by <br />changing the Land Use Designation for Approximately <br />May 24, 2005 12 <br /> <br />
