DEC 191979 <br />AGREEMENT <br />�(lUit 2 PAGE 412 <br />This Agreement is made thisth day of August, 1979, <br />between Florida Land Company, a Fjjor-172ra corporation, and the <br />Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, a govern- <br />mental agency. <br />WHEREAS, Florida Land Company is the owner of certain <br />property in Indian River County more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, Florida Land Company desires to subdivide and <br />plat said property described in Exhibit "A" into a residential <br />subdivision to be known as "Bent Pine"; and <br />WHEREAS, Florida Land Company desires to construct all <br />improvements within said subdivision in accordance with all <br />laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of Indian River County, <br />and further desires to provide assurance to Indian River County <br />that said subdivision will, in fact, be so constructed; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, as a prerequisite to approval of the plat subdividing <br />the property desires to have assurances that construction of <br />improvements shown on the plat will be constructed in accordance <br />with applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises <br />and undertakings set forth herein, the parties hereto agree <br />as follows: <br />1. In connection with the construction of improvements on the <br />property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, which is <br />proposed to be platted into Bent Pine Unit 1 and Unit 2, Florida <br />Land Company will construct the following improvements in accor- <br />dance with applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of <br />Indian River County.
