<br />An Ordinance Amending Indian River
<br />County Ordinance 71-3, as Amended, Section 20
<br />C-1 Commercial District (a) Special Ex-
<br />ceptions, ' Subsection (11), by deleting the
<br />existing Subsection (11), which reads laundry
<br />and dry cleaning pickup establishments; no
<br />laundering or dry cleaning on the premises,
<br />and substituting the following exception in its
