<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the following changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order !,
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />at the entrance of Vero Beach Highlands
<br />Subdivision between U.S. Highway No. 1 and
<br />the Florida East Coast Railroad in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />The South 1,083.7 feet of the SWI/4 of the NEI/4
<br />of Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40
<br />East, lying West of the West right-of-way of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 7 and East of the East right-
<br />of-way of the Florida East Coast Railroad.
<br />Be changed from M-1 Restricted Industrial
<br />District to C-1 Commercial District.
<br />A public hearing in relation thereto at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens shall have an
<br />opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission in the
<br />County Commission Room, Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, on
<br />Thursday, November 8, 1979, at 7:30 P.M.,
<br />after which said public hearing in relation
<br />thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />shall have an opportunity to be heard will be
<br />held by the Board of County Commissioners of .i
