ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED STATE WITNESS PAY ROLLS, COUNTY <br />COURT, NOVEMBER -DECEMBER TERMS, 1979, IN THE AMOUNTS OF $176.34 AND <br />$160,14. - <br />THE FOLLOWING REPORTS WERE RECEIVED AND PLACED ON FILE IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK: <br />TRAFFIC VIOLATION BUREAU - SPECIAL TRUST FUND, MONTH OF <br />NOVEMBER, 1979, $24,147.50 <br />REPORT OF JUVENILES IN JAIL OR DELIVERED TO JAIL DURING <br />NOVEMBER, 1979 <br />TRAFFIC VIOLATION FINES BY NAME, NOVEMBER, 1979 <br />FELLSMERE WATER CONTROL DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING DATES <br />AND MINUTES.OF MEETING OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />REPORT OF CONVICTIONS, MONTH OF NOVEMBER, 1979 <br />ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR NELSON INTRODUCED TO THE BOARD THE <br />NEW LITTER OFFICER, MICHAEL CAMPBELL, AND INFORMED THEM THAT OFFICER <br />CAMPBELL IS ON THE JOB RIGHT NOW AND IS FULLY QUALIFIED WITH THE <br />SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ANNOUNCED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PRESS THAT <br />THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL ITEM #1 ON TODAY'S AGENDA IN REGARD TO A <br />LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND THE SCHOOL BOARD. <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL COORDINATOR THOMAS REPORTED ON THE COMPLETE <br />COUNT CENSUS COMMITTEE AND INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THERE IS A NON- <br />FINANCIAL CONTRACT BETWEEN THE FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND THE <br />BUREAU OF CENSUS WHICH STATES THAT CETA EMPLOYEES MAY BE USED IF YOU <br />HAVE THE MONEY. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE NOTED THAT SEBASTIAN APPARENTLY IS GOING <br />TO FUNCTION IN SOME STATUS RE DOING FOLLOW-UP ON THEIR CENSUS AND <br />ASKED IF THE COMMITTEE WILL BE A TOTAL COUNTY COMMITTEE. <br />COORDINATOR THOMAS STATED THAT HE WAS ONLY FAMILIAR WITH <br />THE CETA PART AND BELIEVED THERE ARE SOME AVAILABLE UNDER TITLE II - <br />A TRAINING PROGRAM AT THE COLLEGE.
