Geraghty & Miller, Inc. <br />SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />August 1979 <br />The charges for services provided by Geraghty & Miller, <br />Inc., consist of: (1) an hourly fee for any professional <br />staff member actively working on a project, (2) reimbursement <br />of expenses, and (3) reimbursement of subcontractor's and other <br />special costs. These include <br />travel costs, living expenses for personnel required to be away <br />from their home office in connection with the work, rental cars, <br />long distance telephone calls, telegraphs and cables, copies, <br />prints or reports, shipping costs for samples and other mater- <br />ials, expendable supplies purchased specifically for a project, <br />and premiums for insurance in addition to normal coverage when <br />required. Mileage for the use of personal cars is charged at <br />30 cents per mile. Mileage for project use of company owned <br />vehicles is charged at 35 cents per mile. <br />Subcontractor charges, costs of laboratory analyses, pur- <br />chase or rental costs for special equipment necessary for the <br />work, and any other costs not associated with normal office over- <br />head are billed at cost-plus a handling charge of 15 percent. <br />DEC 191979 <br />aDOK4 , FACE 381 <br />
