County Engineer Chris Kafer reviewed the memorandum of April 20, 2005. He <br />advised that 71% of the owners in the benefited area are in favor of the project. (Clerk’s Note; A <br />letter from the Thorpes is on file with the backup in the office of the Clerk to the Board.) <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing.
