UTILITIES SERVICES – ELEVATED WATER TANK SPACE – <br />LICENSE AGREEMENTS WITH METRO PCS <br />CALIFORNIA/FLORIDA, INC. FOR PLACING CELLULAR <br />EQUIPMENT AND OCCUPYING SPACE AT THE KINGS <br />HIGHWAY AND GIFFORD ELEVATED WATER TANK SITES <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Neuberger, the Board unanimously <br />approved the use of the Kings Highway and Gifford <br />Elevated Water Tank sites for the placement of antennas <br />and other wireless communication equipment (enclosures) <br />and authorized the Chairman to endorse the Elevated Water <br />Tank Space License Agreements with Metro PCS Wireless, <br />as recommended in the memorandum of April 21, 2005. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS ARE ON FILE <br />IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br />11.J.3.
