Ginn, Chairman; Arthur R. Neuberger, Vice Chairman; <br />and Commissioners Fran B. Adams, Thomas S. Lowther and Kenneth R. Macht. Also present <br />were Joseph Baird, County Administrator; William G. Collins II, County Attorney; Kimberly <br />Massung, Executive Aide to the Board; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – APRIL 13, 2004 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of April 13, 2004. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously <br />approved the Minutes of the Meeting of April 13, <br />2004, as written. <br /> <br /> <br />14.A.2.
