BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />May 5, 2009 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL BOARD DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Environmental Control Board District met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. <br />Present were Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, and Commissioners <br />Peter D. O'Bryan and Bob Solari. Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler was absent. Also present <br />were County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney William G. Collins II, and Deputy <br />Clerk Maureen Gelfo. <br />Chairman Davis called the meeting to order 11:02 p.m. <br />15.C.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES MEETING OF FEBRUARY 3, 2009 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of February 3, 2009.
