The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard with regard to this matter. There being <br />none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously granted the Special <br />Exception Use approval for the proposed Charter School expansion <br />with the following condition: prior to issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy (C.O.) for the new building, the applicant shall construct <br />or bond out the required College Lane sidewalk, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />9.A.2. PUBLIC HEARING — CONSIDERATION OF A SIX-MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE <br />ACCEPTANCE OF APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNED RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENTS AND ON THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND APPROVALS FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS <br />(WORKSHOPS SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 6, 2003 AND JUNE 13, 2003) <br />PROOF OF PUBLICATION OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR HEARING IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />County Attorney Collins reviewed the intent and structure of a proposed Ordinance prepared <br />following the Board meeting of April 22, 2003 and as defined in his memorandum. He clarified that this <br />ordinance will not apply to any approved commercial or residential planned development or any <br />modifications of planned developments approved at staff level. He also noted that the Board needs to <br />approve continuing the process of any pending planned developments.
