May 9, 2008 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />SPECIAL CALL MEETING <br />IMPACT FEES <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met in a <br />Special Session at the County Commission Chambers, 180127 th St., Vero Beach, Florida, on <br />Friday, May 9, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. to discuss Impact Fees. Present were Chairman Sandra L. <br />Bowden, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, Commissioners Joseph E. Flescher, Peter D. O'Bryan, <br />and Gary C. Wheeler. Also present were County Administrator Joseph A. Baird, Assistant County <br />Attorney George Glenn, and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Bowden called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Vice Chairman Davis delivered the Invocation. <br />3.
