<br />termined that a tag rate of Twi+lve (12) mills on the dollar be levied and is hereby fixed 1,
<br />and assessed for the year 1930; on all of the property in the County of Indian River lying

<br />and being within the boundaries of the said Wabasso Bridge District, Eight mills of whiohw
<br />shall be forwarded to the State Treasurer as ex-pfficio-County Treasurer for the retire-
<br />ment of bonds and interest payments, and to create a sinking fund for the ultimate redemp
<br />-tion of the bonded debt' and Your (4) mills of which shall be used solely for the purpos
<br />authorized and prescribed by Chapter 11130, Acts. of 192139 Laws of Florida,; The Boundaries

<br />Be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />that under and by
<br />authority of Chapter 14126
<br />of the Laws
<br />of Florlda, Acts 19299 it is
<br />hereby determined
<br />that interest bearing time
<br />warrants of
<br />Indian River County, Florida,
<br />in the aggregate sum of might Thousand ($8000.00) dollars, shall be issued as follows;
<br />Said time warrants shall be in denomination of one Thousand Dollars each; shall
<br />be dated October -1, 1930, and shall be numbered f rsm 23tto 3Q Inhlussive# The said time
<br />warrants shall draw interest at the rete of seven per centum per annum, interest payable
<br />semi-annually.
<br />Both the principal and interest of said time warrants ,shall be payable, at the
<br />office of the Chemical Bente & Trust Company, New York, New York.
<br />Said time warrants i s sued under this resolution shall mature and be payable as

<br />Ron. 23 to 25, inclusive, due and payable October 1, 1934;
<br />Bos. 26 to 30, inclusive, due and payable October 1, 1935.
