The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br />Bill Beardslee <br /> , 621 Tomahawk Trail, Indian Trails Subdivision, Vice President of Jungle <br />Trail Narrows Association, stated that they support the amendment and urged the Board to support <br />it. <br /> <br /> The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard with regard to this matter. There <br />being none, the Chairman closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board, by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Adams absent), unanimously approved the <br />proposed MPP modifications and authorized staff to <br />formally transmit the modifications to Florida Fish and <br />Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) for State <br />approval, as recommended by staff. <br /> <br />9.B.1.
