After further discussion, the Chairman CALLED THE <br />QUESTION and the Motion passed by a 3-1 vote <br />(Commissioner Neuberger opposed and Commissioner <br />Adams absent). (The Board approved the purchase of the <br />Sebastian Highlands lot from Poo-Sen Chu and Kuei-Ying <br />Chu for a purchase price not to exceed $50,000 and <br />directed staff to explore the possibility of purchasing <br />portions of the remaining needed lots, as opposed to the <br />purchase of the entire lots.) <br /> <br />11.I.3.
