The proble::s are noted by property class. <br />PROPERTY CLASS: <br />NATURE OF DEFECT: <br />Agricultural Parcels <br />Assessments do not reflect full and just value as re- <br />quired by Article VII, Section 4, Florida Constitution, <br />and Sections 193.011, 195.0012, F.S. Assessments do not <br />reflect the degree of uniformity required under Section <br />195.0012, F.S. <br />SOL`1:CE: An in-depth study of this class of property resulted in a <br />weighted mean of SG..7°o, indicating a level of assessment <br />less than just value. The study also indicated a general <br />equity problem with a tendency toward assessments of <br />higher priced parcels at a lower.percent of value than. <br />medium or lower priced parcels of this class. This ten- <br />dency was reflected by a price related differential of <br />113.9. <br />COP.RECTIVE ACTION <br />RECO11MNDED: Analyze appropriate data including soil type, land use, <br />income and expense information and other current condi- <br />tions to insure uniform classified use values for agri- <br />cultural properties in your county in accordance with <br />Section 193.461, F.S. <br />PROPERTY CLASS: Parcels assessed at S200,000 or over <br />NATURE OF DEFECT: Assessments do not reflect full and just value as re- <br />quired by Article VII, Section 4, Florida Constitution, <br />and Sections 193.011, 195.0012, F.S. <br />AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER <br />
