RESOLUTION NO. 80-8 - <br />-WHEREAS, the State of Florida Department of Transportation is <br />seeking federal participation for construction of Hobart Road, Project <br />No. SOS -0004(34), and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County is willing to accept responsibility <br />for maintenance of the road after its completion, - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Chairman and Clerk are <br />authorized to sign an agreement with the State of Florida Department <br />of Transportation that will enhance the Department of Transportation's <br />efforts of obtaining federal funding and assure that Indian River <br />County will assume responsibility for maintenance after the completion <br />of the project known as Hobart Road, Federal Project No. SOS -0004(34). <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY <br />Willard /V1.
