LOTS I -N THE SUBDIVISION ARE OWNED BY THE ORIGINAL DEVELOPERS, AND <br />HE ACTS AS TRUSTEE FOR THE OWNER OF LOT 9 AND HAS A LETTER FROM HIM <br />SUPPORTING SUBDIVIDING OF THE LOTS AS REQUESTED. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED -'THAT THE ORDINANCE DOES CALL FOR <br />WRITTEN NOTICE. HE BROUGHT UP THE UTILITY ASPECT OF THIS SITUATION, <br />NOTING THAT THE BOARD PASSED A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THAT ANY <br />DEVELOPMENT OF FOUR UNITS OR MORE HAD TO HAVE A CENTRAL WATER SUPPLY, <br />AND THE REASON FOR THIS WAS TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO METER THE SEWAGE. <br />THE ATTORNEY CONTINUED THAT, AS HE UNDERSTANDS IT, MR. ZORC'S PROJECT, <br />EVEN IF THE LOTS WERE DIVIDED, WOULD HOOK ONTO THE FORCE MAIN, BUT <br />STILL WOULD HAVE WELLS; THEREFORE, BY APPROVING THE DIVISION OF THE <br />LOTS, THE BOARD WOULD BE APPROVING WELLS AND WOULD HAVE TO DETERMINE <br />A METHOD OF MONITORING THE SEWAGE FLOW, HE FELT THAT ALTHOUGH THIS <br />IS NOT THE DIRECT ISSUE, IT IS QUITE MATERIAL. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE ASKED MR. ZORC IF THEY WERE GOING TO <br />HAVE A SEWAGE FLOW METER ON EACH LOT, AND MR. ZORC BELIEVED THEY <br />WOULD. <br />RELIABLE. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS NOTED THAT IS VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT TOO <br />MR. ZORC STATED THAT HE HAS A PARTY WHO WOULD LIKE TO <br />BUILD A DUPLEX AND A FOUR-PLEX ON ONE LOT, AND HE COULD PROBABLY DO <br />IT LEGALLY RIGHT NOW WITHOUT ANY DIVISION OF THE LOT, BUT HE WANTS <br />THE OWNERSHIP TO BE DIVIDED BETWEEN HIMSELF AND HIS SON; THEREFORE, <br />HE MADE THE REQUEST TO HAVE THE LOT DIVIDED SO HE CAN BUY ONE PORTION <br />AND HIS SON BUY THE OTHER. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS FELT THE REAL REASON HE WANTS TO DO THAT <br />IS HE WANTS TO PUT WELLS DOWN AND DOESNIT WANT TO PARTICIPATE IN <br />A CENTRAL WATER SYSTEM. <br />ROBERT-CUMMINGS, INVESTOR IN ORANGE TERRACE, COMMENTED THAT <br />THE IDEAL SITUATION WOULD BE TO HAVE MUNICIPAL WATER IN THE AREA. <br />HE NOTED THERE IS A COUNTY LINE RUNNING DOWN SIXTH AVENUE AND ASKED <br />IF THE COUNTY DOESN'T HAVE SOME WATER AVAILABLE THAT CAN BE USED IN <br />THIS AREA. <br />It <br />JAN 9 19 0 83 BOOK, 42 PACE 499 <br />
