JAN 91980 aw 42 PA-UE510 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, has been requested to release that drainage easement <br />lying on Lots 13, 14, 4 and 5, of Block C, and Lots 14 and 15, Block <br />B, all in Unit One -"A", Vero Beach Homesites, a subdivision as recorded <br />in Plat Book 3, page 61; and <br />WHEREAS, said drainage easement was dedicated on the Plat <br />of Unit One -"A", Vero Beach Homesites for public drainage purposes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of such drainage <br />easement has been submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />drainage easement in Unit One -"A", Vero Beach Homesites shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />That drainage easement lying on Lots 13, 14, 4 and 5, of Block C, and <br />Lots 14 and 15, Block B, all in Unit One -"A", Vero Beach Homesites, a <br />subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 61, public records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of said <br />drainage easement hereinabove referred to in a form proper for recording <br />and placing in the public records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />�� <br />This _94- day of l/jl , 19:3. <br />10, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSI NERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, F R D <br />BY: <br />' Williard i.
